On the street, you will see our symbolic neon sign. Spacious cave like hide-away gives you comfort while eating.
Silver painted wall has modern impressions but there are warm touch details. 60’s school vintage chairs from German and France, handmade cushions made of vintage denims (sewn by the owner, Yudai), and handmade table from upstate New York.
We have Japanese fusion dishes which entertain you by looks and satisfy you with its taste. Fresh and delicious Uni from Maine on Ajitama egg is the one of treasure you can find on your tongue. Tuna tartar has the perfect combination of soft and crunchy texture, marinated tuna and avocado with tiny fried chicken and pickled radish. Mixing and wrapping them with additional seaweed is such an amazing bite you will experience.
Of course, we have a wonderful desert, “Sake parfait”. White mousse underneath is made of Sake Kasu which is leftovers after making sake. The mousse tastes balanced sweetness with hint of sake. Anko cream (red beans paste) and matcha powered corn flakes on top.
